Under normal circumstances, a sample fee will be charged based on the product type, and the international shipping fee is usually borne by the customer.
For projects with clear cooperation intentions or formal orders, part of the sample fee can be refunded or deducted after the order is confirmed.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies depending on the product type, structural complexity, packaging method, and degree of customization.
Under normal circumstances:
● Standard products: starting from 500–1000 pieces
● Customized packaging products: usually starting from 1000 pieces

For new customers or market testing projects, we can also support small-batch trial orders based on the specific situation.

The regular reference cycle is as follows:
● Standard sample: 3–7 days
● Customized sample: 7–15 days
● Formal order: 35–45 days
